Service Counter/Sales
As a Service Counter/Sales Associate at a hardware and lumber supply store, you'll assist customers in identifying and sourcing the right materials and products for their construction, renovation, and repair projects. You'll provide knowledgeable product recommendations, process sales transactions, and coordinate special orders or quotes for contractors and tradespeople. This role requires strong customer service skills and a working knowledge of building materials, hardware, and lumber products.
